About the founder Jen Thompson: Logic, Creativity, and Data

My background is a unique combination of creativity, logic, and systems thinking, which is why I love helping technical companies translate their brilliance into compelling communication.

I hold a Master's in Library & Information Science (MLIS). My background is rooted in information architecture, communication, computer programming, and research skills. This discipline is the study of how to find, organize, access, and share information—a skill set that I've embedded into our team's process for building data-driven campaigns, complex conversion tracking systems, and clear educational content.

I combine this data-driven foundation with a Philosophy degree with training in logic, analytical thinking, and clear communication. But I am also a professionally trained graphic designer and artist. I know that effective communication is a blend of both copy and design; the way something looks says as much as the words you choose. These two elements must work in harmony for effective, clear communication.

This unique combination is our "translator" DNA. As a team, we connect your complex, technical world to the simple, clear, and human stories that drive growth.
